The Latin American Property Partnership specialise in sourcing investment opportunities in Brazil.

Due diligence is the key to successful investment and our team undertake thorough checks on every aspect of a development including visiting the area to ensure our clients receive the best in terms of service and return on investment. We wouldn’t consider taking a project to the market that does not have all the necessary building licences and checks. We are all investors and every member of the team here has successfully purchased in Brazil so we can fully empathise with our customers.

The company was formed by directors with a wealth of experience in the construction, property, marketing and financial services industries. We have our own UK and international portfolios so are well aware of the pitfalls and anxieties faced by investors. Our opportunities are meticulously sourced to ensure growth in the short, medium and long term with high income potential in terms of yields.

The managing director, Eleanor Keegan has sold properties in 23 countries and has developed contacts with some of the premier developers and legal specialists not only in Brazil but across Latin America. “I invest in property on a personal and professional basis. For many years ,I have been devoted to building my own as well as my client’s portfolio’s. Having worked for some of the most prestigious agencies in both Spain and the city of London I felt the time was right to launch my own company focusing on what I consider to be the most exciting continent in the world for investment property opportunities. I have travelled all over Latin America building my knowledge and contact base and maintain that we are able to personally guide novice and experienced investors in their objectives to successfully build their overseas portfolios. I have composed an experienced and professional team with experts in the fields of marketing, business development, market analysis and customer care. We personally invest in all of the projects we take to the market and customer service is paramount to what we do.”

We are very selective in who we work with. Only developers with track records and vision will be considered.
